Inspired by vertical community and sky neighbourhood, this affordable residential proposal seeks to reinterpret highrise living for the Millennials and the Gen-Z post Covid-19. Besides the typical communal facilities, the connecting lift lobby and corridor are designed as gathering places for the residents to meet, socialise, or simply to unwind out of their units. In addition, the facade is a play of materiality, texture, colours, and greens for the target market.
